Who is responsible
Jessica Feng Shui Consultant (UEN 53348116C), trading as JMT Feng Shui 金满堂, Singapore. Questions about anything on this page can go to the same WhatsApp number used for consultations.
What is collected
When you send a consultation request, the form collects your name, WhatsApp number, the service you selected, and — depending on the service — dates and hours of birth, gender, a surname or current name, a due date, property type and size, a floor plan if you upload one, your preferred timing, and any notes you add.
Birth details and floor plans are collected because the consultation cannot be done without them. Nothing on the form is asked out of curiosity.
If you message on WhatsApp instead, WhatsApp holds that conversation under its own terms; this site never receives it.
How it is used
To reply to you with a quote, to carry out the consultation, and to keep a record of the work done. That is all.
Your details are not sold, rented or shared for advertising, and are not added to a mailing list unless you separately ask to be on one.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf in order to deliver the message and serve the pages.
Nobody else receives your enquiry. What your chart says, or what your home looks like, is not discussed with anyone but you.
Analytics
If Google Analytics is enabled, it records aggregate page views and roughly where visitors arrive from. It is not used to identify you and is not connected to your enquiry. If you block it, the site works exactly the same.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and consultation records are kept while the work is ongoing and for a reasonable period afterwards, so follow-up questions can be answered against what was actually said. Ask, and your records will be deleted — other than anything Singapore law requires to be retained.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message on WhatsApp and Jessica will handle it herself. Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may also withdraw consent at any time, though that may mean a consultation cannot continue.
Children
Consultations concerning a child — naming a newborn, for instance — are arranged through a parent or guardian, who provides the details.
